[Abstract]A patient with thoracoabdominalaortic aneurysm was admited to emergencydepartmentofourhospitaland receivedaesthesiamanagementof thoracoabdominalaorticartificialbloodveseleplacement withtheasistanceoffmoralfemoral bypass.Withour anesthesia management，the patient remained stableduring surgeryandhadstablevitalsigns，a short awakening time，andagoodprognosisaftersurgeryThisarticleanalyzestheanesthesiainductionprocessandspinalcordprotectionithoracoabdominal aortic anesthesia management.
