天然药物对缺血性脑卒中的神经保护作用研究进展

[Abstract] Ischemicstroke（IS）ischaracterizedbyhighincidence，disability，mortality，andrecurencerates.Curently， theprimarytreatmentmethodforISinvolvestheuseofrecombinanttisueplasminogenactivator（rt-PA）forthrombolysistorestoreblodsuplyandreduceneuronalinjury;however，duetothenarowtherapeutictimewindowofrt-PA，lesthan 10% ofIS patientsmettheindicationsforthistreatment.Therefore，thedevelopmentofneuroprotectivedrugsforISinthesubacutephase orthelatestageofblodflowrestorationhasatractedmoreandmoreatention，withaparticularfocusonnaturaldrugs.ThisarticlereviewsthelatestresearchadvancesintheneurorotectiveefectofnaturaldrusinIS，inorderto rovideareferenceforfutureresearchandaplication.

缺血性脑卒中（IS）又称脑梗死，是最常见的一种脑卒中形式，约占各种类型脑卒中的 85% ，其病理特征是脑动脉突然闭塞导致血流中断，引发脑组织缺血低氧和葡萄糖供应不足，进而导致神经功能损伤。（剩余15488字）
