[Abstract] Objective Toexplorea …5+3′′ ”integratedprofesionaltalenttrainingmodelinclinicalmedicinethatcultivates high-levelmedicaltalentswithbothexcelentclinicalpracticeskilsandresearchinovationcapabilities Methods Theresearch subjectswerestudentsenroledintheclinicalmedicine 5+3′′ ”integratedspecializedtalenttrainingprogramofQingdaoUniversity from2015to2023.Weimplementedreformsandpracticestargetingthecuriculumsystem,institutionalsuportsystem,teaching evaluation,researchcapabilityinovation,andclinicalskilenhancementthroughthetalenttrainingproces Results After10 yearsofexploration,wehaveestablishedaclinicalmedicine a5+3n integratedprofesionaltalentrainingmodelwithQingdaoUniversity’smedicalcharacteristics,featuringafour-tiercultivationpathway(goalorientation-platformsuport-mentorshipguidancepolicyincentives)andathre-phaseprogresivedevelopmentcycle(spaning2.5,2.5,and3.0years,respectively). Conclusion Thereformoftheclinicalmedicine 5+35 integratedprofesionaltalentcultivationmodelhasenhancedstudents’researchinovationandclinicalcapabilities,yieldingnotableteachingefectsandwidespreadsocialinfluence,whichisconducivetocultivatingoutstandingclinician-scientists.
