[Abstract] Objective Toexplorea …5+3′′ ”integratedprofesionaltalenttrainingmodelinclinicalmedicinethatcultivates high-levelmedicaltalentswithbothexcelentclinicalpracticeskilsandresearchinovationcapabilities Methods Theresearch subjectswerestudentsenroledintheclinicalmedicine 5+3′′ ”integratedspecializedtalenttrainingprogramofQingdaoUniversity from2015to2023.Weimplementedreformsandpracticestargetingthecuriculumsystem，institutionalsuportsystem，teaching evaluation，researchcapabilityinovation，andclinicalskilenhancementthroughthetalenttrainingproces Results After10 yearsofexploration，wehaveestablishedaclinicalmedicine a5+3n integratedprofesionaltalentrainingmodelwithQingdaoUniversity’smedicalcharacteristics，featuringafour-tiercultivationpathway（goalorientation-platformsuport-mentorshipguidancepolicyincentives）andathre-phaseprogresivedevelopmentcycle（spaning2.5，2.5，and3.0years，respectively）. Conclusion Thereformoftheclinicalmedicine 5+35 integratedprofesionaltalentcultivationmodelhasenhancedstudents’researchinovationandclinicalcapabilities，yieldingnotableteachingefectsandwidespreadsocialinfluence，whichisconducivetocultivatingoutstandingclinician-scientists.
