[Abstract] Objective ToinvestigatetheeficacyandsafetyofultrasoundcombinedwithX-ray-guidedpercutaneousnephrolithotom (PCNL)inthetreatmentofhorseshoekidne (HSK)stones. Methods Aretrosectiveanalsiswas erformedfor 10 patientswithHSKstoneswhounderwentPCNLsurgeryinXianyangHospitalofYan'anUniversityfromJanuary2021toOctober2023,andacordingtothemethodforguidanceduringsurgery,theyweredividedintoultrasoundgroupwith58patientsand combinedgroupwith42patients.Fortheultrasoundgroup,real-timeultrasoundimagingwasusedtomonitorandguidechanel establishment,andforthecombinedgroup,ultrasoundcombinedwithX-rayimagingwasusedforchanelestablishment.Aretrospectiveanalysiswasperformedfortheclinicaldataofthepatientsinbothgroups,andthetwogroupswerecomparedintermsof theindicatorssuchasthesucesrateofchanelestablishment,perioperativeexamination,postoperativecomplications,andrenal function Results Comparedwiththeultrasoundgroup,thecombinedgrouphadasignificantlyhighersucesrateofirst-time chanelestablishment,asignificantlyles reductioninhemoglobinaftersurgery,asignificantlyshorterlengthofhospitalstay,a significantlylowerserumlevelofblodureanitrogenaftersurgery,andasignificantlygreaterreductionblodureanitrogenafter surgery (χ2=4.345,t=2.491-10.654,P<0.05) ).Therewerenosignificantdiferencesbetwenthetwogroupsinintraoperative chanelbleding,chanelestablishmenttime,stoneclearancerate,intraoperativeblodlos,theretentiontimeofnephrostomy tube,andendogenouscreatinineclearancerateaftersurgery ΔP>0.05Δ ).Therewasnosignificantdiferenceintheincidencerateof postoperativecomplicationsbetwenthetwogroups (P>0.05) ). Conclusion PCNLguidedbyultrasoundcombinedwithX-ray imagingcanfacilitatesmothestablishmentofpercutaneouschanelandrapidrecoveryaftersurgery,withacomparablelithotripsy efecttoultrasoundimaginginthetreatmentofHSKstonesandafavorablesafetyprofile.
