iRootBPPlus与MTA用于恒牙直接盖髓疗效比较的Meta分析

[Abstract] Objective ToinvestigatetheeficacyofiRotBPPlusversusMTAindirectpulpcapingofpermanentteth throuhaMeta-analsis. Methods Databasesincludin Cochrane，WebofScience，Embase，Pubmed，CNKI，CBM，VIP，and WanfangDataweresearchedforrandomizedcontroledtrialsontheeficacyofiRotBPPlusversusMTAindirectpulpcapingof permanenttethpublisheduptoDecember2023.Tworesearchersperformedrigorousscrening，dataextraction，andqualityassesmentofthearticlesincluded，andReview ManagersoftwarewasusedtoperformtheMeta-analysis.Results Atotalof9articlesinvolving67subjectswereincluded，with343intheexperimentalgroupand324inthecontrolgroup.TherewasnosignificantdiferenceintheformationrateofinducedcalcifiedbridgesbetweniRotBPPlusand MTA （RR=1.04，95%CI=0.93- 1.16，P=0.55 ）.Comparedwith MTA，iRotBPPlushadasignificantlyhighersuces rateofdirectpulpcapingofpermanent teth （RR=1.08，95%CI=1.02-1.13，P=0.004） ）andasignificantlylowertothdiscolorationrate ′RR=0.05，95%CI=0.02- 0.17，P<0.01） ）. Conclusion ComparedwithMTA，iRotBPPlushasahighersucesrateandalowertothdiscolorationrate indirectpulpcapingofpermanentteth.
