基于OBE理念的应用型本科院校人才培养模式研究

——以新疆理工学院为例

摘 要：在新疆理工学院实现快速高质量发展面临诸多困难的背景下，结合当地企业留人难、传统人才培养方式下毕业生质量不高的现状，提出了OBE理念与校企联合定向培养有机结合的创新人才培养模式，探究了创新人才模式的具体实施办法，为培养新型应用型本科人才提供新思路。

Abstract：Under the background of many difficulties for Xinjiang Institute of technology to achieve rapid and highquality development，combined with the current situation that it is difficult for local enterprises to retain talents and under the traditional talent training mode the quality of graduates is not high，this paper puts forward the innovative talent training mode which combines the OBE concept with the school enterprise joint directional training，explores the specific implementation methods of the innovative talent training mode，and provides new ideas for the cultivation of new applicationoriented undergraduate talents.
