以“知识好学,学生愿学”为导向的基因工程课程教学实践与探索
摘 要:为了突破基因工程知识不好学、学生不爱学的难题,课程从“让学生参与主导课堂”“让基因工程知识动起来”和“让基因工程知识用起来”三个维度进行教学改革与探索,旨在探索构建基因工程“知识好学,学生愿学”的教学策略,以期提高本科教育中基因工程的教学质量。

Abstract:The genetic engineering knowledge is not easy to learn.And the students don’t like to learn it.In order to solve these problems,the teaching reform and exploration of the course are carried out by three ways.Let students participate in the leading classroom.Let the knowledge of genetic engineering move.Let the knowledge of genetic engineering put to work.The teaching strategy of "knowledge is easy to learn,students are willing to learn" is explored,which is hoped to improve the teaching quality of genetic engineering in undergraduate education.

近年来,随着生物技术高端科技应用价值的体现以及行业的蓬勃发展,生物技术成为推动时代科技创新与发展的强大力量,而这股力量中的主角之一基因工程技术已应用到各个学科领域之中,成为生物学、医学、农学等学科站在新的高度和角度进行创新与发展的重要手段[1-3]。(剩余4752字)
