摘 要：行列式是线性代数课程中基本而重要的内容之一，是为了求解线性方程组而引入的，在线性代数和其他数学领域以及工程技术中有着广泛的应用.对二阶和三阶行列式的课堂进行了教学设计，并举例说明三阶行列式的计算和应用。

Abstract：Determinant is one of the basic and important contents in linear algebra course.It is introduced to solve linear equations and is widely used in linear algebra and other mathematical fields as well as engineering technology.The second and third order determinant of the classroom teaching design，and illustrate the calculation and application of the third order determinant.
