AbstractChinese reading literacy is anorganic integration of language comprehension,critical thinking,aesthetic perception,and cultural confidence,involving the developmentof students'cognitive abilities,thecultivationof their emotional atitudes,and the refinement of their skils. Group reading helps students understand and analyze texts from multiple perspectives and atmultiple levels.Basedonthe perspectiveofreading literacy,this studyproposes groupreading strategies such as combining self- awareness,strengthening language use,applying natural cognition,and focusing on spatialanalysis.Theaim is to improve students' Chinese reading literacyand stimulate their autonomous learning ability.
