AbstractAgainst thebackdropofthe increasing demand forinnovativetalents inthecurrentsociety，this study focuses on the empowering effectofideologicaland political education onthe innovationand entrepreneurshipabilities ofcollge students，aiming toexplore theintrinsicrelationshipand mechanismconstructionbetweenthetwo，inordertoenhance the innovation and entrepreneurship literacyofcollege students.Through analysis，it is found that ideological and political educationiscloselyrelatedtothecultivationofcollgestudents'inovationandentrepreneurshipabilitiesintersofvalue orientation，consciousness stimulation，thinking shaping，andquality cultivation.Basedonthis，mechanismssuchas cognitive reshaping，thinking expansion，resource integration，and psychological reinforcementcan be constructed to assist college students in enhancing their abilities on the path of inovationand entrepreneurship，providing theoretical and practical support for talent cultivation in universities and social innovation development.
