AbstractTheintegrationofFive-EducationandMentalHealthEducationisakeymeasure toenhance thepsychological quality of college students inthe new era,promote their comprehensive development,and achieve the goals of quality education.Thearticlesummarizes thespecific measures andstudentparticipation in the integrationofFive-Educationand Mental HealthEducationinunversitiesthroughaquestionnairesurveyof916collgestdents,aswellastheefectiveness and existing problems of the integration ofFive-Education and Mental Health Education. Based on this,three strategies are proposed: innovating the integration methods andconstructinga modelofmutualpromotion betweenFive-Education andMental HealthEducation;Establishasystematic,personalized,andprogresiveresourcesystemfortheinegationof five-education and mental health education activities; Develop a feedback and evaluation mechanismthatintegrates fiveeducation and mental health education, and continuously improve it.
