AbstractAgainstthe backdrop of thecontinuous deepeningofhigher education reform，the innovationofthe college education management systemplays avitalrole intalentcultivation.This paper aims to explore therelationship between th twoand theinnovationstrategies.Throughanalysis，itisfoundthattherenewalofmanagementconcepts，institutional changes，the innovation of teaching management，and the optimization of teaching staffconstruction management are closely related to talentcultivation.By deepening the innovation of management concepts，improving the institutional system，innovating teaching management，strengtheningtheconstructionofteaching staff，and expanding thecollaborative cooperationplatform，theinnovationofthecollge educationmanagement systemcanbe effectively promoted，and the quality of talent cultivation can be improved to meet the social demand for high-quality talents.
