AbstractAgainst the backdropof the digital transformation of education，online -ofline blended teaching has becomeanimportantdirection fortheteachingreform ofideologicaland politicalcourses inuniversities.Theconstruction oftheonline-ofline blendedcourse of"Introduction to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics foraNewEra" in medical coleges should strictly comply with the requirements ofthe Partyand thecountry for the constructionof ideological and politicalcourses，benchmark againstthe "Golden Course" construction standards，base on the background of the construction of new medical disciplines，carefully create teaching content，continuously innovate teaching forms，and graduallimprove the teaching implementationsystem.Inpractice，explore theconstruction ideas of "content is king + digital empowerment + creating characteristics + practical assistance"，and gradually form a"trinity"teachingsystemthatcombines"nlineandofline"and"in-classandafter-cla"，withthoffieclassoom as the core，the online classroom as asupplement，and the practical classroom asa deepening.This can specifically address the existing pain points in teaching.
