《手术室护理实践指南》结合混合式教学模式在本科实习护士教学中的应用

AbstractObjective: To explore theapplication of the "Operating Room Nursing Practice Guidelines"combined with blended learming in undergraduate nursing intemship teaching.Method: A total of140 undergraduate intem nurses who received standardizedtraining in the operating room ofthe First Afiliated Hospital ofGuangxiMedical University from July 2022 to February 2O24 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group. After the training, both groups wereassessed for theoretical and technicalskils.Result:The total scoreof theoretical knowledge for the experimental group of nursing students was higher than thatof the control group,with higher scores for multiple-choice questions,short answer questions,and case analysis questions;The proportion ofqualified nursing students in the skil assessment ofthe experimental group was higher thanthatofthe control group,butthediference Was not statistically significant. Conclusion: The integration ofblended learning methods in the "Guidelines for Nursing Practice in Operating Rooms"can fullymobilize the autonomy ofnursing students'learningandstandardizeclinical nursing operations,improve their clinical teaching satisfaction and nursing practice skills,and is worthy of wide application.
