少数民族地区高职院校计算机专业教师技术技能积累研究

摘 要 教师技术技能积累是人才培养、校企协同合作、科学研究、技术研发、成果转化的综合。首先给出了技术技能积累的内涵，分析了少数民族地区高职院校计算机专业教师技术技能积累中存在的问题，通过校企协同合作、多元化的教师培养、技术技能积累的传承发展推动高职院校技术技能积累。

Research on the Accumulation of Technological Skills of Teachers of Computer Major in Higher Vocational Colleges in Minority Areas

Abstract The accumulation of teachers' technical skills is a combination of talent training， school-enterprise collaboration， scientific research， technology research and development， and achievement transformation. First， the connotation of the accumulation of technical skills is given， and the problems existing in the accumulation of technical skills of computer teachers in higher vocational colleges in ethnic minority areas are analyzed. The development of the inheritance and development of school-enterprise collaboration， diversified teacher training， and accumulation of technical skills is promoted in vocational colleges.
