The Promotion Strategy of Financial Personnel's Systematic Thinking in the Fragmented Learning Environment

Abstract The new impact of the industry， fast-paced life and information overload cause financial personnel to have knowledge anxiety. In the fragmented learning environment， we should improve the financial thinking height， use systematic learning strategies to improve learning efficiency， and focus on how to evolve and develop， so as to realize the survival of the fittest in the Internet era.
