摘 要 以健康老龄化背景及老年护理人才培养为出发点，探究“天使匠心”育人理念与老年护理学生职业素养培养的契合点，以江苏护理职业学院为例，剖析该理念下老年护生职业素养培育的策略。

Discussion on the Cultivation Strategy of Geriatric Nursing Professionals Based on the Education Concept of "Angel Ingenuity"

——Take Jiangsu College of Nursing as an example

Abstract Taking the background of healthy aging and the cultivation of elderly nursing talents as the starting point， this paper explores the conjunction point between the "angel ingenuity" education concept and the cultivation of professional quality of elderly nursing students， and takes Jiangsu College of Nursing as an example to analyze the cultivation strategy of professional quality of elderly nursing students under the concept.
