Abstract:Inordertoinvestiatetherelationshi betwenthe rowthcharacteristicsofRhopilemaesculentaandsurfacewatertemperatureduringtherapidgrowthperiodin HangzhouBay, theauthorsconductedasurveyofRhopilemaesculenta biologyandenvironmentalfactorsin HangzhouBayinJune—July202 .Theresultsshowedthat:(1)TheumbreladiameterofRhopilemaesculentarangedfrom45to 650mm ,theaverageumbreladiameterwas 327.55mm ; thebodymas ofRhopilemaesculentarangedfrom9to 18260g ,theaveragebodymas was 2 748.21g .(2)Therelationshipbetwenumbreladiameterandbodymas wasgivenby W= 1.578 5×10-5UB3.1208(R2=0.975 4,n=1 601). .(3)Withtheincreaseofdate,theaverageumbreladiameterofRhopilemaesculentaincreasedfrom 104.33mm to 361.20mm andtheaverage surfacewatertemperatureincreasedsignificantlyfrom 21.69∘C to 27.94∘C .(4)Theaverage umbreladiameterandaveragesurfacetemperatureduringtheinvestigationperiodwerefited, andtherelationshipbetwenthem wasasfolows UB=6.07ST2-259.62ST+2880.32 R2= 0.985).(5)Aftertheopeningofthefishery,theumbreladiameterofRhopilemaesculenta rangedfrom15to 650mm withanaverageumbreladiameterof 391.96mm ;thebodymas rangedfrom40to 18260g withanaveragebodymas of 3857.60g .Theumbreladiameterand bodymas ofRhopilemaesculenta gradualyincreasedwiththedate.Thisarticlestudiedthe growthcharacteristicsofRhopilemaesculentaanditsrelationshipwithsurfacewatertemperatureduringtherapidgrowthperiodinHangzhouBay,whichcanprovideareferencebasisfor scientificmangementofRhopilemaesculentafishingproductionduringthesummerfishingmoratoriuminHangzhouBayinthefuture.

海蜇(Rhopilemaesculenta)属腔肠动物门、钵水母纲、根口水母目、根口水母科、海蜇属,是一种经济价值较高的大型海洋浮游动物,栖息于近岸海淡水交汇处,尤其喜居于水深 5~20m 的河口水域,我国南北沿海均有分布 [1-3] 。(剩余8906字)
