Abstract：Theoceansareacrucialsiteforeconomicadvancementinthemodernera，andarobustmarineindustryisvitalforestablishingapowerfulmaritimenation.Thispaperanalyzes thetheoreticalmechanismofthedigitaleconomyenablingthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofthe marineeconom fromthe ersectiveoffivedevelo mentconcets.Basedonthedatafrom1 coastalprovincesandregionsinChinafrom2013to2020，thePLS-SEM modelisusedtoempiricalytesttheinfluencemechanism ofthedigitaleconomyonthehigh-qualitydevelopmentof the marine economy. The results indicate that the digital economy has made a substantial contributiontothehigh-qualitygrowthofthemarinesector.Furthermore，thestudyoftheimpact mechanismfoundthatthedigitaleconomyplaysasignificantroleinthetwodimensionsofinovationandoenes，butthereisstil muchro mforimrovementinthe romotionofthetwo dimensionsofcordinationandgren.Analysisofthesub-indicatorsshowsthatmarinescience andtechnologyinovation，theproportionofvalueadedofthemarineservicessector，theareaof marinewetlands，importsandexportsofgods，disposableincomeofthepopulation，anddigitalindustrialchangeplayanimportantroleinthispromotion.Proposalsaresugestedtoaceleratetheconstructionofmarinedigitalinfrastructure，promotetheaplicationofdigitalachievementsinthefieldof marineeconom ，and romotethereformofdiitalindustr toful leveraethediitaleconom's benefitsandadvancetheestablishmentofarobustmaritimenation.
