Abstract：Grenmarineaquacultureisanimportantmeasuretopromotethesustainabledevelopmentofmaricultureindustry，andwhetherfarmersimplementgrenmarineaquacultureisthe keytoachievethesustainabledevelopmentof maricultureindustry.Basedonthetheoryof planedbehavior（TPB）andtheoryofperceivedvalue（TPV），andbasedonthemicro-survey dataof210marineauaculturefarmersinQindao，this aerconstructsastructuraleuation modeltoexploretheinfluencingfactorsoffarmers'wilingnes togren marineaquaculture. Theresultsshow：（1）Farmers'behavioratitude，subjectivenorm，perceivedbehaviorcontrol， policycognitionandperceivedbenefitssignificantlyenhancetheirwilingnestoengageingren marineauaculture，while erceivedriskssinificantl decreasetheirbehavioralintention;（2） Thedirectefectsofperceivedbenefitsandperceivedrisksonfarmers'wilingnestoparticipate ingrenmarineaquaculturearegreaterthantheirindirectefectsmediatedbybehavioralatitudes.Inviewofthis，recommendationsareproposedfromvariousperspectivessuchaspublicity，demonstrationefects，riskmanagement，andeconomicincentives，aimingtoenhancefarmers’wilingnes andenthusiasmtoparticipateingrenmarineaquaculture.
