Abstract： The high-quality development of the marine industry is of great significance to the developmentofChina'smarineeconomy.Thisarticledefinesthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofthe marineindustrybasedonthetheoryofresourcevalue，andexplorestherelationshipbetwenthe valueofmarineresourcesandthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofthemarineindustry.Itdescribes inovation，cordination，gren，development，andsharing，andanalyzesthemodelsofhighqualitydevelopmentofthemarineindustry.Basedontheanalysisofobstaclestoenhancingthe valueofmarineresources，thisarticleproposesmeasurestopromotethehigh-qualitydevelopmentofthemarineindustry.Theresearchresultscanprovideintelectualsuportforthedevelopmentofresourcevalueinthe marineindustryandprovidereferenceforfuturerelatedresearch.
