Abstract：ZhanjiangislocatedathesouthernmosttipofmainlandChina，suroundedbythesea onthre sides，withmariculturebeingcrucialtolocaleconomicgrowthandfishermen'sincome. Inthecontextoftheruralrevitalizationstrategy，marinedisasterssuchasstormsurges，red tidesandseawavesposeparticularlyseverechalengestotheindustry.Thisstudyanalyzesma rine disaster data in Zhanjiang City from 2Ol4 to 2O23，combined with the analysis of first-hand information obtained from on-site research，to further clarify the specific impact of marine disastersontheaquacultureindustry.Theresultsfoundthatmarinedisasterscausedsignificanteconomiclosestothefarmers，andtheexistingdisastermanagementmeasureswereinsuficient intheacuracyofearlywarning，responsespedandtechnicalaspects.Therefore，thisarticle sugestsstrengtheningthemonitoringandearlywarningsystemtoimprovetheeficiencyand acuracyofearlywarning;encouraginggovernments，researchinstitutions，enterprises，andsocialorganizationstocolaborateandbuildadiversifieddisastermanagementnetwork;utilizing moderntechnolo toenhancethedisasterresistanceofauacultureinfrastructure;and romotingtheinsurancesystemandcultivatingprofesionaltalentstoenhancetherisk management capabilitiesoffarmers.Thesemeasurescannotonlysignificantlyreducethenegativeimpactof marinedisastersbutalsoefectivel romotethesustainabledevelo mentof mariculturein ZhanjiangCity，continuouslyreleasenew momentumofthe “blueengine”inthrivingtowards thesea，andcontributetotheruralrevitalizationofZhanjiangCity.
