休闲渔业人才“四特”培养路径研究

Abstract：Recreational fisheries represent a novel leisure tourism format integrating primary，secondary，and tertiary industries. They serve as a key approach to enhancing fishery eficiency，revitalizing rural economies，increasing fisherfolk employment and income，while also preserving and promoting exceptional fishing culture. This paper examines the current state of recreational fisheries development and talent cultivation in China. To address industry talent shortages，it proposes a "Four Special Qualities" training framework combining specialized education with vocational training. This model encompasses： specialized college programs， undergraduate and postgraduate specialized tracks，micro -certificate programs for core competencies，industry一specific skill development. The framework aims to deliver high一caliber talent and technical support for China’s sustainable development of recreational fisheries.

休闲渔业，是指利用各种形式的渔业资源（渔村、渔业生产资源、渔法渔具、水产品及其制品、渔业自然生物和人文资源等），通过资源优化配置，与休闲娱乐、观赏旅游、生态建设、文化传承、科学普及和餐饮美食等有机结合，实现一二三产业融合的新型渔业产业形态，主要包括休闲垂钓、渔事体验、赛事节庆、水族观赏和科普展示等类型[1]。（剩余5638字）
