江牡岛周边海域浮游生物群落特征及影响因素

Abstract:To explore the characteristics and influencing factors of plankton in the waters surrounding a developed island,four sampling transects with three stations each were established around Jiangmu Island in September 2O22. Water quality monitoring was conducted at allstations,while plankton surveys were performed at eight of them.The results indicated that the water quality around Jiangmu Island was good, meeting Class I to Class I standards. A total of 106 phytoplankton species were identified,including 82diatoms,22 dinoflagellates,and 2 cyanobacteria,the mean values of the Shannon diversity index (H′) ,richness index (D) ,and evenness index(J)were 3.93,2.696,and 0.776,respectively. For Zooplankton,45 species were recorded,with copepods comprising 20 species,folowed by planktonic larvae and cnidarians(8 species each),tunicates(3 species),cladocerans and chaetognaths(2 species each),and ostracods and decapods(1 species each),the mean values of the Shannon diversity index,richness index,and evenness index were 2.732,1.948,and O.628,respectively. Pearson correlation analysis revealed that the diversity indices of phytoplankton showed a significant negative correlation with mercury.Similarly,the diversity indices and total density of zooplankton were significantly negatively correlated with heavy metals and nitrogen concentrations.
