Abstract：Based on survey data from January to April and August to November 2O23 on shrimp trawling operations in Minnan offshore waters，an analysis and study were conducted on the utilization status of mantis shrimp resources in this region.The results indicate that during the survey period，mantis shrimp production and value accounted for 8.02% and 17.48% of the total production and total value of the survey vessel，respectively，with an average daily production of 17. 3kg/day .Mantis shrimp production was higher in January and February，with these two months accounting for 84.75% of the total production;the main production areas were Fishing Zones 291 and 292，which together accounted for 92.22% of the total production. From January to February，mantis shrimp production contributed 21.03% to 26.86% of the total production and 37.05% to 44.37% of the total value for the shrimp trawling survey vessel. The average body length of Oratosquill oratoria collected during the survey was （114.0±14.4）mm ，and the average body weight was （19.2±7.4）g Both the average body length and average body weight were highest in February and lowest in September.
