Abstract：Oncorh ynchus mykissranks among China's most important high-value freshwater economic fish， with the expansion of Oncorh ynchus mykiss farming continues，scientific aquaculture techniques and disease prevention and control have become crucial for safeguarding farmers’economic returns.To promote the scientificand sustainable development of the Oncorhynchus mykissfarming industry，this study analyzes critical aspects including environment requirements，eyed一egg incubation，fry rearing，commercial fish cultivation， and disease prevention and control， systematically summarizing key aquaculture technologies and disease prevention and control strategies for Oncorhynchus mykiss production，to enhance aquaculture operators’understanding of various diseases and mitigate associated economic losses.
