琼枝白化病病原菌分离与鉴定

Abstract：Betaphycus gelatinus ice-ice disease often occurs in the Betaphycus gelatinus cultivation area of Haiwei Town， Changjiang Li Autonomous County，Hainan Province，which seriously affects its yield. To investigate the etiology of Betaph ycus gelatinus ice-ice disease，pathogenic studies were conducted on the disease B. gelatinus. From a dominant strain EB24O3，which underwent 16S rRNA gene phylogenetic tree analysis and physiological and biochemical analysis，it was identified as Catenovum algicola. Further artificial infection confirmed that the bacterium is the ice一ice disease pathogen. For the first time，it has been discovered that there is a direct relationship between seaweds and ice-ice disease. The research results will help to further understand the pathogenic mechanism of ice-icedisease，which is of great significance for the study of ice-ice disease and willfurther promote the prevention and control of ice—ice disease.
