海水工厂化养殖尾水治理与利用

Abstract:To address the deterioration of water quality caused by the disorderly discharge of tail water from tidal flat Marine aquaculture,respond to the "Five Major Actions" policy of the Ministry of Ag- riculture and Rural Affairs for healthy aquaculture,and achieve environmental protection compliance and resource recycling of tail water. this study focuses on standardized tidal flat aquaculture park with a total aquaculture water volume not exceeding 23 Ooo cubic meters as the object,a combined process of "shrimp shell cleaning tank + sedimentation regulating tank + microfilter (solid removal rate of 50μm and above 90% ) + protein separator +BFR biological filter + external pond ecosystem" was adopted, and a seawater source heat pump was used to recover waste heat. The system operates continuously for 24 hours.The results demonstrate that this system achieves dual benefits of environmental protection emissions and resource utilization,providing a feasible solution for the treatment of effluent from industrialized marine aquaculture.
