复合微生物技术去除养殖尾水中氮、磷的优化研究

Abstract:To address the eutrophication of water environments caused by excessive nitrogen and phosphorus in aquaculture tail water,functional microbialconsortia were screened to investigate theefectsof environmental factors such as temperature and pH. A synergistic interaction model was established,and optimization experiments were conducted on composite microorganism一based nitrogen and phosphorus removal technology. The results demonstrated that the developed synergistic model accurately predicted treatment eficacy.The optimized technology exhibited robust stability across diverse aquaculture systems,the removal rates of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in aquaculture tail water exceed 89% and 91% . Additional advantages include low operational costs,simplified procedures,absence of secondary polution,broad applicability,and significant potential forwidespread implementation.
