[Abstract]Valvular heartdisease（VHD）isacardiovasculardiseasecharacterizedbystructuralorfunctionalabnormalitiesof theheartvalves.Theiseaseprogresesisidiouslymakingealyinterventionrucial，whilesurgicaltreamentisain advancedandseverestage.ProfesorLIURuxiubelievesthatChinesemedicineholdssignificantadvantages intheearlystageof VHD managementBasedonthe"opening-closing-pivoting"theorysheidentifiestherotpathogenesisofVHDasdeficiencyofqi， bloodandbodyfuds（ence）oupledwithegmadbloodstasisbsructingteficItreament，sheessrictly thepathogenesis，applyingacombinationofreinforcinghealthyqiandremovingpathogenicfactorssimultaneously.Shehas establishedtrapticciplesofpplemeingqiandnousngblooeplensingecandcosodatingteell astransformingstasisandturbiditytherebybenefitingandimprovingthefunctionofthevalves.ThisarticleintroducesProf.L Ruxiu's experience in treating VHD，accompanied by a verified medical record.

心脏瓣膜病（valvularheartdisease，VHD）是最常见的心脏疾病之一，是由炎症、黏液样变性、退行性变、先天性畸形、缺血性坏死、创伤等原因引起的心脏瓣膜狭窄或关闭不全，进而造成心脏功能结构异常，导致心脏血流动力学改变，疾病日久可致心律失常、心力衰竭甚至猝死等风险。（剩余10465字）
