[Abstract]Ankylosingspondylitis （AS），achronicinflammatorydisease，primarilyafectstheaxial joints.Basedonhis profoundclinical experience，ProfesorTANG ZuxuanproposedthatthecorepathogenesisofASliesinthedeficiencyof the kidneyandtheDumeridianaswellasinsufcientyangqi，whichsubsequentlyleads tothedeeplatentcold-dampnessandthe mutualaccumulationofphlegmandbloodtasis，ultimatelyresultinginspinalstfessndpain.Adresingtisorepathogensis， ProfessorTANGadherestothefundamentalprinciplesofwarmingyangtoreplenishdeficiencyandunblockingcolateralsto aleviatepaininclinicaltreatmentRootedinthemethodofwarmingyngheflexiblyadaptsclasicalformulas，emphasizingthe needtotailorcompoundmedicinesaccordingtotheharacteristicsofthepatems.Heparticularlyexcelsinilzinginsctderived drugstoenhancetheeffcyofunblockingcollterals，whilealsopayingattentiontotheconcurrnttreatmentofotherorgansto achieveholisticregulatio.Histherapeuticaproachfullymbodieshecharacteristicsofholisticonptandpatedentification andtreatmentinTCM，demonstratingremarkableclinicaleficacy.Aclinicalcaseisaachedtoprovidevaluableexperinceforthe TCM treatment of AS.

强直性脊柱炎（ankylosing spondylitis，AS）临床表现为炎性腰背痛、背部僵硬、晨僵，病变累及骶髂、脊柱等中轴骨关节，亦可累及四肢关节及皮肤、心、肺等全身多系统，依据其临床表现归属于中医学“大偻"“骨痹""肾痹""脊痹""龟背风"等范畴。（剩余8387字）
