[Abstract]Kneeosteoarthritis（KOA）isaprogressiveosteoarticulardisorderwhosepathogenesisiscloselyassociatedwith biomechanicalimbalance，musculoseletalmetabolicabnomalitiesndchroicinflammatoryicroenvironmentBasedonthe"muscle sinew-boe"theoryofTCM，thispapersystematicallelucidatestheTCMpathogeniccootationsof "sinewlaxitymuscleatrophy boneweaknes"resultingfromdysfuncionoftheliver，spleenandkidney.Italsoconductsacorelativeanalysislinkinghese conceptstomultidimensional mechanismsinmodemmedicine，includingmusclewasting，bonemetabolicdisorders，andgut microbiotadysbiosis.Onthisbasis，thepaper furtherproposedanexerciseinterventionprogramrepresentedby"themeridianguided kneeexercise"ofYiJinJing.Fromheperspectiveofthe"musclesinew-bone"theorythispapercomprehensivelyxplores theactioofmechanismandclinicalvalueof "meridian-guidedkneeexercise"ofYiJinJinginKOApreventionandtreatment， providing novelinsightsforoptimizing integrated ChineseWesternmedicalstrategiesandexerciserehabilitationprogramsforKOA.
