中医治疗方法学对辨证论治理论体系的深化与拓展探析

[Abstract]The methodologyof TCMtreatmentservesasavital bridge linking TCMtheorywithclinical practice，andits systematicdevelopmentholdsgreatsignificanceforimprovingthesystemofpaternidentificationandtreatmentBasedonthe"14th Five-YearPlan"innovativetextbokMethodologyofTCMTreatment，thispapersystematicallyexpoundshowthisdiscipline deepensandexpandsthetheoreticalsystemofpatenidentifcationandtreatmentfromboththeoreticalandaplicationdimensios. Atthetheoreticallevel，byintegratingfragmentedknowledgeoftreatmentmethods，amulti-levelframeworkof"treatment principles-coremethodsspecifictreatments"isconstructed.Thisframeworkstandardizesclinicalterminologystrengthnsthe abilitytoidentifypathogenesisandconductdynamicpateidentificationandsignificantlyenhancesthecoherenceandclinical operabilityofthe"theorymethod-formulamedicine”system.Atteaplicationlevel，treatmentmethodshavebeenextendedfrom diseasetreatmenttofeldssuchaspreventivetreatment，habilitatioandhealthpreservatio，omplexdiseases，andpsyootic medicine.Byintegratingmulti-disciplinarytechnologies，thescientificityandapplicabilityoftreatmentmethodshaveben enhanced，reflectingtheTCMdiagnosticndtherapeuticpilosopiesof"holism"and"peopleoriented".Meanhile，thepaper pointsoutthatthedisiplinestillfaceschallengessuchasinsuffientclinicaltranslationadlagingstandardizationItproposes that modern technologyandan integratedaproachcombining TCMandwesternmedicineshouldbeemployed topromotethe standardizationandsientificdevelopmentoftheTCMtherapeuticsystemsoastoprovidetheoreticalsupprtandmethodological reference for improving the level of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment.
