[Abstract]WuShi ErBingFang（Formulas forFifty-twoDiseases），unearthedfromMawangdui HanDynastyTombsinChangsha istheearliestextantformulabook inChina.Therecordedcontentsofskindiseasesandtheirtreatmentwithinitembodythe medical practicalwisdomoftheJing-ChuregionduringtheQinand HanDynasties.Therapeuticmethodssuchasexternal applicationandotmdicatedcompresstrapysellasCnesehrbaledicelikeHuangqinutelliaRadix）andagi （Cnidi Fuctus），arestillutilizedintetreamentofsindseasstodayhisarticlesummarizestheexperiencsinreatingskin diseasesbyscreening skin-relateddiseases，treatmentmethods，andmedicinesdocumentedinWuShiErBingFang （Formulas for FiftytuoDiseases），whiletakingintoaountthespecifichistoricalbackgroundItisfoundthattheetiologiesanddiagostic therapeuticaproachesarecloselyrelatedtothehumidandinsect-pronegeographicalandclimaticcharacteristicsoftheJing-Chu region，reflectingtheholisticconceptandtheprincipleofmannaturecorrspondenceinTCM.Tisprovideshstoricalevidence and diagnostic-therapeutic insights for modern clinical treatment of skin diseases.
