[Abstract]Chronic heart failure （CHF），asanend-stage cardiovascular disease，hasa complex pathological mechanism.Its pathogenesisinvolvesnotonlychangesinthestructureandfunctionofcardiomyocytes，butalsomultipleprocesessuchas inflammatorysposedatie，urodosterelatiodslarduntioAmog，ieii hasdemonstrateduniqueadvantagesinregulatingthissignalingpathway，providingmulti-levelandmulti-pathwayintervention approaches for the treatment of CHF.Based on the Wnt/β -catenin signaling pathway，the present study elucidated the pathological natureofCHFprogresionrienbyitsbnalactiationhchpromotesmyocadialfibosis，bitsyocadialgtio andexacerbatesoxidativestressthroughacascademechanism.Thestudysystematicallyelucidatesthekeytargetsof TCM interventioninteWnt/B-cateninsignalingpathwayprovidingexperimentalevidenceforthedevelopmentoftherapeuticstategies targetingthispathwayinCHF.Meanwhile，itofersatheoreticalfoundationandpracticalbasisforfurtherindepthresearchon CHF in the future.
