[Abstract]Nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC），one of themostcommonepithelial malignanciesof theheadandneck，is currentlymainlytreatedwithradiotherapyandchemotherapy，whichareassociatedwithseveresidefects，numerouscomplications， andhighrecurrencerisk.ProfessorTIANDaofaproposesthatthecorepathogenesisofthisdiseaseis"qideficiencywithtoxin invasion，yangconsumptionandyinsagation，dvocatingreinforcinghalthyqitolimnatepathogenicfactorsastefudetal therapeuticprinciple.Headoptsastagespecifictherapeuticaproachbasedontheevolvingdynamicsofhealthyqiandpathogenic factorsduringthecourseofthedisease.Intheearlystagecharacterizedbyinsuffcienthealthyqiandatackofcombined endogenusandexogenouspathoges，modifiedYiqiJieduFormulaisusedtoreinforcehealthyq，liminatepathogenicfactorsand removetoxins;inthelatestage，markedbyyangqideficiencywithbloodstasisblockingcolaterals，modifiedYiqiWenyang HuoxueFormulaisappliedSoas to warmyangcirculatebloodandtransformstasis.Focusingonreinforcinghealthyqi toeliminate pathogenicfactors，wamingyangnourishingyinndpromotingqiandbloodciculation，ProfesorA'stherapeutcach has been clinically proven toefectivelyrelievesymptomsandreduce recurrencerisk，showing significant valuefor promotion.
