[Abstract]Objective Toevaluate the clinical eficacyof selfformulated QingreYiqi Huadu Formula （QRYQHDF） in preventing recurenceofcondylomaacuminatum（CA）aftercarbondioxide（CO）lasersurgeryandtoexamineitsefectsonimmuneand inflammatory indicatorsMethods CA patients wererandomlydividedinto two groupsof the Chinese medicine （TCM） group（treated with theself-formulated QRYQHDF）andthecontrol group（treatedwithlentinantablets）.Levelsofinflammatoryfactorsincluding interleukin-2 （IL-2）， interleukin-1O （IL-1O），and interferon- γ （IFN-y），as well as the effects on immune cell subsets such as CD4- postiveTlymphocytes（CD4*）andCD8-positiveTlymphocytes（CD8*）were measured beforeandaftertreatmentin both groups. Clinicalefcacyrecurencerateandsafetyofthetwogroupswereasessed.ResultsAftertreatment，theTCMgroupshowed an increase in IL-2 level and significant improvements in CD 4+ ，CD8 + ，and the CD4+/CD8 + ratio，along with decreased levels of IL-10 and IFN- γ ？ P<0.05 ，andall indicators were superior to those in the control group（ P <0.05）.The recurrence rate in the TCM group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P <0.05），and no serious adverse reactions were observed in either group.Conclusion Self-formulated QRYQHDFdemonstratesclearclinicaleficacyinthetreatmentof CA，anditsefectsmaybe closelyrelated toimmunefunctionrestoration，enhancedantiviralabilityandthedowregulationof inflammatoryfactors.
