[Abstract]Hypoxic pulmonary hypertension （HPH） isa chronicand progressive cardiopulmonaryvascular diseasethatcan leadtochroniccorpulmonaleandevendeath.PulmonaryvascularremodelingisakeypathologicalprocessinHPH.Chinese medicineoffersadvantagesinadressng boththerotcauseandsymptoms，withconfimedclinicalficacy，andthushas significantclinicalvalueinthepreventionandtreatmentofHPH.Basedonthetheoryof"yangtransformsintoqiwhileyin constitutesform"fromTheHuangdi’sInternalClasics（HuangDiNeiJing）andincombinationwiththepathologicalfeaturesof

HPH，thispaperanalyesthecorepathogenesisofHPHastheinsuficiencyof"yangtransforsintoqiandtheexcessof "yin constitute form".Thedeficiencyin"yangtransformsintoqiisatributedtopulmonaryandcardiacyangdeficiencyandfunctional imbalance，servingasthebasisforHPHonsetIntertwinedphlegmandbloodstasisandturbidyinobstructionresultineesive "yinconstitutes，chtrbutestHprgesioOicoopiclevelipaidochondrialodativeospio andpulmonaryarterialendothelialdysfunctionreflecttheinsuficiencyof"yangtransformsintoqi；excessveproliferationof pulmonaryarterysmothmusclecelsandendothelial-to-mesenchymaltranstionresultinginpulmonaryvascularremodelingand thickeningrepresenttheexcess of"yinconstitutesform".Drawingonclinicalexperience，thispaperadvocatesthetherapeutic principleof "simultaneoustreatmentofthelungandheart：strengtheningpectoralqitoregulatethefoundationofqitransfoation andformformation;invigoratingboththelungandheartto"asistyang"forqitransformation;clearingtheheartandbenefitingthe lungto"transformyin"forformformationThetreatmentgoalistoharmonizeyinandyangandrestorethebalancebetween"qi transformation”and"formformation"，providinginsightsandreferencesforthepreventionandtreatmentofHPHwithChinese medicine.
