Abstract：TakingA-share listedagricultural machineryenterprisesfrom2O11to2O as theresearchobject，ahigh-qualitydevelopmentevaluationsystembasedoninovation，coordination，greenopeness，ndsharingwasconstructed，andatwowafiedefect modelandmechanismanalysismethodwereusedtoempiricalltestthedrivingefectofdigitalfinanceonthehigh-qualitydevelopment of agricultural machinery enterprises and its heterogeneity.The results showed that for every 1% increase in the development levelofdigitalfinance，theigh-qualitydevelopmentindexoflistedagriculturalmachineryenterprisesincreasedsignificantlyby （204号 0.369% ，andtheresults remained robustafter excluding special samples，replacing municipal indicators and instrumental variable methods;themechanismofactionshowedthatdigitalfinancepromotedthehigh-qualitydevelopmentof listedagriculturalmachinery enterprisesbyallvatingfinancingconstraitsandpromotingtechnologicalinnovation；heterogeneityanalysisshowedthatteproo tionefectofdigitalfianceonprvateenterprisswassigfcantlybeterthnthatofsateownedenterpriss，ndtepromotioeffectofnon-digitaleonomyfirstiecityenterprisesassigificantlyetethantatofigialfinancefistercityenterpsesThe research conclusion provided several inspirations for optimizing the precision of the "agriculture + finance" policy：Onthe basis of promotingthebalancddeveopntofdigitalfinanceiariousgios，itascearytorengtntedigitaltransforatirdi tionalfinancialisitutiostoduceasctionfrctiosine"agicltureuralesandfes"ctteapproatedigialfinancepeetrationplanssouldbfrulatedforprivateenterprisesandunderdevelopedregions;inlightofteparticularityofteagiculturalmachinery industry，amulti-level digitalfinance risk prevention and control mechanism should be established.
