Abstract:ToidentifythepathogenicspeciesresponsibleforanthracnoseonCurcumalongainGuangxiandcharacterizeitsbiological properties,thetisueisolationmethodwasadoptedforpathogenisolation.Pathogenswereidentifiedthroughpathogenicityverification,morphological characterization,andmultigenephylogeneticanalysisincorporating ITS,ACT,andGAPDHsequences,while theirbiologicalcharacteristicsweresiultaneouslydetermined.Theresultsshowedthat47fungalsolateserepurifiedfrodiseased Curcumalonga plants.Acording tocolonymorphologyand microscopic morphology,36isolateswiththe highestisolation frequency andconsistentmorphologywereclassfidintothsaegroup,andtherepresenativestrainJH44-8wasselectedforsubsequntstudies.IntegratedmorpholoicalassessmentandultigenepylogeneticnalysisonfiedthattepahogenasColetotricumcurcumae.Studiesonbiologicalcharacteristicsshowedthatthemyceliaofthisstraingrewbestunderthfollowingconditions:tempeatureof (204号 25-28C ,pHof 7-9,dark environment,andon PSA,SDA,and PDA media;theoptimal carbon source was maltose andtheoptimal nitrogen source was peptone;the lethal condition for its mycelia was treatment at 55‰ for 20 minutes.
