Design and process optimization of an automatic flat tea straightening and flattening machine

Abstract：Aimingat theproblemsofdiscontiuousprocesses，lowutomationndlackofantomaticpressresytemintheist ingteastraighteningandflateningmachine，anautomaticflatteastraighteningandflatenngmachinewassuccesfullydeveloped withaPLCasthecorecontroler，basedontheprocssparametersrequirementsforflattea.Thismachineintegratedcontrolmodules fortransmissionding，rghtening，ndflaening，hvingced-loocontrolofass，emperatureie，ndtedat edoperationoftheentiremachine.Usinggrenteaasthetestmaterialandthestraightstriprateandintegrityasevaluationndices，a single-factorexperimentwasconductedTheresultsshowedthatheoptimalprocesparametersforthismachinewereafeedingquantity of 400g ，astraighteningand flattening temperature of 200‰ ，astraighteningandflattening time of 57O s，and a vibration frequency of 45Hz .The equipment effctivelyreducedlabor intensity and significantly improved production efciencyand tea quality.
