Abstract：Miningrecruitmentdataisofgreatsignificanceforrealizing"data-driven"precisetalenttraininginorderto comprehensivelyunderstandthecharacteriticsofinternationaltradetalentdemandinthenumericalera.Basedonthethreecore dimensionsofasicalifaonprofesioalknowlgereseendskilliteacytetalentaracteristisodelissted， andtherecruitmentdataoftehotfeldsofforeigntradeoftheonlinerecruitmentplatformiscolectedforempiricalanalysis， andthecharacteristcsofthedemandforintermationaltradetalentsintheeraofdigitalinteligencearedeeplyexploredand analyzed.Thestudyfindsthattheeducationalleveloftalentdemandhasincreased，anddigitaltradepositionsgenerallequire abachelorsdegreeorabove.Work experiencehasbecomeanimportantconsideration，andprofesionalskillsrequire diverification，notonlythebasicknowledgeofinternationaltradeande-commerce，butalsotheabilitytomastercuting-edge technologiessuchasbigdataanalysis，cloudcomputing，andartificial intelligence."Digital intellgence technology + foreign trade knowledge"compoundtalentsareinurgentdemandAccordingtotheresearchresults，sugestionsareputforwardtooptimizethe curiculumsystem，strengthenpracticalteaching，buildatalentportraitmodel，strengthentheconstructionofteachers，stablisha schol-enterprisecooperationmechanism，andpromotepolicysupportandfinancialsecurity，soastoprovidesupportfor improving the training quality of digital trade talents in China.
