Abstract：Underthebackgroundofthe"BeltandRoad"initiative，theinternationalizedcultivationofpostgraduateshas becomethekeydirectionofGuangxishighereducationreform.BasedonthetheoryofOutcome-BasedEducation（OBE），this papersystematicallanalyzesthestatusquoandpathoptimizationstrategyofChinese-foreigncooperativeeducationforgrauate studentsinGuangxi.ThroughthequantitiveanalysisofthedataontheChinese-foreigncoperativeeducationplatformofthe MinistryofEducation，itisfoundthatthereareproblemssuchas"blankgraduate level，unevenregionalcooperation，and dispersedcuricularresources"inthenumberofChinese-foreigncooperativeeducationprograms，distributionofdisciplinsand regionalcooperationinGuangxi.Inordertosolvetheseproblems，thispaperputsforwardthe"three-stepmethodofpath optimization"，customiingthecurrculum，improvingtheaessmentmthod，ndstrengtheningtheintegrationofsorces.
