Abstract：ThepurposeoftheFutureMarineTechnologyCollgeisestablishedinresponsetotheneedsoftheMinistryof Educationfocusingonnationalstrategy，anchoringkeyareasoffuturetechnology，andaimingtocultivateinnovativeleading talentsforfuturemarinetechnology.Inthefuture，thetalenttrainingdirectionofmarinetechnologywillfocusonthefourfrontier fieldsofmarineinteligentperceptiontechnology，marineintellgentquipmenttechnolog，marinedigitaltwintechnologyand marinecrossapplicationtechnology，soastorealizedepcrosover，future-orientedandsolvethescientificandtechological problemsofnational"botleneck".ThetalenttrainingsystemoffutureCollgeofMarine Technologyincludessixmechanisms： ideologicalandpoliticaleducation，integratedinnovationofscienceandeducation，colaborativeeducationofresearchand productin，interdisciplinarydrive，combinationofcollgesystemandtutorialsystem，andinteationalization.Inthefuturethe SchoolofMarine Technologywillcoordinateandoptimizetheresearchdirectionandbasicprofessionalknowledgeofmarine technologyanditsinterdisciplinarydisciplines，andformaknowledgesystemwithdisciplinarycharacteristics，inlinewiththelaw of talentgrowth，the combination of undergraduate and doctoral studies，and combining curiculum with practice.
