高校教学督导体系存在问题及持续改进对策

摘  要:在“以本为本”和“双一流”建设背景下,本科教学地位日益突出。该文分析建立本科教学督导体系的意义和教学督导对教学质量提升的重要作用。以贵州大学为例,指出目前高校本科教学督导体系运行中存在的主要问题,并提出相应的持续改进对策。

Abstract: Under the background of "taking undergraduate teaching as the main goal" and "double first-class initiative", the status of undergraduate teaching is increasingly prominent. This paper analyzes the necessity of establishing the undergraduate teaching supervision system and the important role of teaching supervision in improving the teaching quality. Taking Guizhou University as an example, this paper sorts out the main problems existing in the operation of the undergraduate teaching supervision system, and puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures.

2021年1月,教育部印发了《普通高等学校本科教育教学审核评估实施方案(2021—2025年)》(教督〔2021〕1号),文件核心内容之一是要求高校要继续推进落实“紧扣本科教育教学改革主线,落实‘以本为本’‘四个回归’,强化学生中心、产出导向、持续改进,以评估理念引领改革、以评估举措落实改革、以评估标准检验改革,实现高质量内涵式发展”[1]。(剩余7835字)
