材料类专业学位研究生培养质量提升举措与培养模式研究

摘  要：该文结合哈尔滨工业大学材料类专业学位研究生教育实际工作，总结若干学位研究生培养的经验，包括提高教师队伍对专业学位研究生认识的水平、研究生论文标准的制定、课程体系的建立、研究生教育过程的管理。并就学位研究生教育，提出培养模式新思路。

Abstract： Combined with the actual work of professional degree graduate education of materials major in Harbin Institute of Technology， the experiences of professional degreegraduate education were summarized in this paper. It included the improvement of the level of teachers' understanding of professional degree postgraduates， formulation of graduate thesis standard， establishment of curriculum system and management of graduate education process. Some innovative ideas of training mode for degree graduate education were also put forward.
