摘  要：2021年，教育部发布了关于本科生毕业论文纳入每年学位论文抽检的通知。在此背景下，提升本科生毕业设计质量成为了亟待解决的问题。该文以哈尔滨工程大学光电信息科学与工程专业为例，将2021年本科生论文质量的把控工作进行梳理及总结，并对当前的管理和评价机制通过数据分析提出相应的建议。

Abstract： In 2021， the Ministry of Education issued a notice about the sampling inspection for the undergraduates' dissertations. In this context， it becomes a necessity to improve the quality of graduation design for undergraduates. In this paper， we take the quality control work of undergraduates in 2021 of the photoelectric engineering major of Harbin Engineering University as an example. We analyze and evaluate the data in the workflow of quality control and make suggestions accordingly.
