高校基层党支部“三会一课”质量提升的实践探索
摘 要:“三会一课”作为党的组织生活的重要制度,是党内政治生活的重要载体,是提高党的创造力凝聚力战斗力的重要途径。该文以问题为导向、以提升高校基层党支部“三会一课”质量为目标,提出实施“四责”联动、“三度”激励、“两课”行动、“一键”申请及“多维”评估的五项具体举措。

Abstract: As an important system of the regular activities of CPC' organization, the "Three Sessions and One Lesson" is an important carrier of the intraparty political life and a key way to strengthen the party's creativity, cohesion and competence. With the goal of improving the quality of the "Three Sessions and One Lesson" of grassroots party branches in colleges, this thesis is problem-oriented and discusses five specific measures of the linkage of "Four responsibilities", the combination of "Three incentives", the action of "Two lessons", the application of "One-click", and the joint of "Multi-dimensional evaluation".

党的十九大报告鲜明提出新时代党的建设总体要求,对加强基层党组织建设作出具体指示,“坚持‘三会一课’制度,推进党的基层组织设置和活动方式创新,加强基层党组织带头人队伍建设,扩大基层党组织覆盖面,着力解决一些基层党组织弱化、虚化、边缘化问题”[1],为新时代加强基层组织建设提供了基本遵循。(剩余6842字)
