[Abstract]Thewhole-processcareer planingsystemissuitableforthecurrentsocial trendoftalentcultivationandlifecareer nthe medicalfield.Thisarticletakesthetrainingprogamandcareeplaningstatusof students majoring inDeparmentofRadiationOncologyattheFrstHospitalofjlinUniversityastheresearchcontentByexploringthesignificanceandvaueofcostructinga comprehensivecarerplaingsystem，itanalyzsthepracticalisuesthatmustbepaidtentiontoandresolvedinthecutivationof high-levelmedicalstdetsurteoreitonsuctsaompesiveareeplaingsstethatdatstoeprofesioaltaiing programformedcalgraduatestudents，providingreferencsfortheprofessoalcultivatinadcarerdevelopmetofig-evelmedical talents.
