Status of oral frailty and its influencing factors among community-dwelling older adultsin Chengdu

[Abstract]ObjectiveToinvestigatethestatusoforal frailtyamong theelderlyin Chengducommunityandanalyzeits influencingfactors.MethodsAcross-sectioalstudyasconductedAtotalof470elderlypeoplefrom5communitiesinChengduwere selectedbystratifiedandconvenientsamplingfromNovember2O22toMarch223.Theoralfrailtyoftheelderlywasevaluatedbyoral fralt-5.Genealdataoalealthhavio，nutriioalstatus，anxietydepresion，ctivisofilylvingandhandgiegt were collected. ResultsThere were 254（ 54.0% ）elderlypeople inthe communitywith oral frailty，inwhich abnormal oral diadochokinesisaccouedfotehestproporioMultivaratelsicgressnaalysisoedtatetoothpickctivitofdly livingandhandgriptrengthweretheifluencingfactorsoforalfrailtyinthelderlypeople.ConclusionTheincidenceoforalfrailty washigh，andtheelderlypeoplewhodidnotusetothpickwithdeereasedactiviesofdilylivingandhandgripstrengthweremore pronetooralfrailty.Communitymedicalworkersshouldpayatentiontotheoralfrailtyoftheelderlyndgiverelevanthealthguidance from the characteristics of the elderly，oral health behavior and physical conditions.
